1. Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the intimate nature of adult wellness products, most items cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once opened or used. This protects customer health, safety, and sanitary standards.
The following are non-returnable:

– Lingerie, underwear, bodysuits
– Lubricants, oils, creams
– Batteries, charging cables, accessories
– Sale, clearance, or promotional items
– Products missing original packaging
2. Eligible Returns
A return may be accepted only if:
– The product arrived damaged
– The wrong item was shipped
– The product is defective upon delivery
– The order was never received but tracking confirms carrier failure
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and remain unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
3. Refund Process
If approved:

– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Proof of purchase, photos, and order details may be required.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact support immediately if you placed an order by mistake.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier. We may assist, but are not responsible for theft after delivery.
7. Defective Products
If a product malfunctions within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we may help coordinate a replacement. Proof and troubleshooting may be required.
8. Returns Authorization Required
Do not ship items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded for hygiene reasons.
